I wanted a little bit more layers, and some volume on the top of my head which I don’t have, it falls flat, and almost all hair is a same length

Is the Stylist that I first started my hair styling. Lorraine will be my main stylist and Madison is my backup.
Everyone who works here is friendly and welcoming. The wait time is never long and I am always greeted with offers of a beverage. Madison is about the best stylist I’ve ever had. She really listens to you. She is warm, and friendly as well as being an expert stylist.

Staff and service
Stylist was kind and very professional. Also really knew how to deal with my hair as I was out in under 2 hours which even with basic cuts can take quite a while.
It’s been about 15 years since I’ve been there because I moved and it is just as amazing as it was back then. Christina was amazing

Great salon! Everyone is so nice and welcoming.
I love going to balance salon spa because everyone is so friendly, and the stylist are amazing. It's like they bend over backwards, and go the extra mile to make sure there guest are pleased with there services while in the stylist chair. They want all of there guest leaving the salon to be feeling their best with the balance salon spa experience they just had.
Every experience that I have at this salon is always positive. Grace cut my hair this time, and did a phenomenal job. I was a bit apprehensive about cutting my hair shorter, but I love the layers and how light and healthy my hair feels now. The staff members are always really nice, and great to talk to. This is my favorite place to get a haircut.
My appointment was easy to schedule, staff was knowledgeable and explained the process up front.
