I had a 10 am appt with Lauran on Wednesday 7-17-24. As usual she was most gracious and spent time with me discussing how much hair should be cut to achieve a shorter look. Her haircut was excellent and just what I wanted. The salon personnel was very friendly. I have been going here for several years and it remains just as wonderful as ever.

Then I am blessed to have the Uber talented Kristina as my stylist. She is professional and always does an amazing job.

Everyone is kind and awesome
What I like most is my stylist! She is caring, professional and talented. I trust her for advice as well as service. Thank you, Madison! The salon itself is welcoming and clean. The entire staff is friendly. I am always greeted with a smile at the front desk and an offer of a drink. Checking out is equally easy and seamless. Best part about the sinks? They are adjustable so my neck is never strained. Balance Salon is the best of the best!
Maddie is a treasure that I wish I could keep all to myself!
It was pretty quiet early in the morning. And there's no doubt that my stylist is skilled and thorough in her work. Most of all I liked that my stylist showed care for me by offering to wear a mask when she saw mine.
The environment is so organized and welcoming! Sierra has the best energy and I just feel like my best self leaving this salon!
Love the fact that my hair stylist, Lauren really cares and takes great pride in how she manages my hair. Getting greeted with such a warm and cheerful smile by Alyson each time I enter the salon is an added bonus. It’s so evident the whole staff love what they do by their energy and appearance. Even if it’s a 45 minute drive to Balance Salon Spa, I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else. 💜💚💙🩷
My stylist did my color, washed my hair gave me an amazing massage and when she finished she let me in the bowl and put a hot towel on my head and forehead. Was the best experience ever
