My appointment with Autumn was very relaxing and enjoyable. She is a talented stylist with a natural ability to see the possibility of flattering shapes for hair. I appreciate the ease with which our time together went and the excellent results. Balance is the perfect name for this salon because it is an alchemical blend of professionalism talent and comfort. I havenever been disappointed in my decade of visits there.

I have been coming to Balance Salon for several years. My current hair stylist is Lauren and she is so friendly and professional. She remembers how I like my hair cut and respects my wishes to limit the amount of styling product on my hair because I don't like the sticky feeling it leaves. Today 2-27-26 took advantage of the 25% of of Aveda Rosemary mint shampoo which was a great savings. I highly recommend this salon and its friendly staff.

This is my first time at this salon. I have highlights in my hair and I know how balayage is done. My experience was that my hair was tugged constantly, had been detangled at the bowl…, never had I experienced such rough detangling. I always know that you need to put a detangler spray or something before detangling and who detangles wet hair with a fine toothed brush? Also, I have long hair. I don’t know how much hair I lost in this process. The stylist did not even use a wide toothed comb, it was a brush. My head hurt from all the tugging from the coloring to the blow drying. I don’t know why I was treated this way. I am just disappointed and sad and I thought I’ll send my husband here next time. I will not recommend this salon to him after my experience.
Isabella was very kind and knowledgeable about her profession. This was my first experience at AVEDA Salon and I was very happy with the experience.
What I especially liked about Isabella was that she asked me what I wanted and then she followed through with what I wanted. She gave me suggestions for future coloring, which I believe will happen.
I get to relax and I'm comfortable with my hair stylist. I enjoy going to get my hair done!
The atmosphere is welcoming and friendly, The products by Aveda are heavenly and in synch with the environment. I have an excellent hair cut and the stylist, Bella, is wonderful. She is a superb listener, answers all questions and explains all particulars about hair care, It is a relaxing and calming place.

Grace does a fantastic job of my highlights and cut. I am always happy when I leave and I am able to wash it and style it myself and it still looks good.
