I look forward to going to Balance Salon every month, because my hair always looks for refreshed and beautiful when I leave .I get to see the front desk and their warm beautiful smiles as they greet me when I enter the salon. Also the stylist always say HELLO and compliment me on my new look.Balance Salon is always so upbeat and friendly.

Appointment was very smooth and efficient. My stylist had good suggestions and my cut turned out great.
I always enjoy my trips to Balance. It's beautiful place and the artists always do a great job. I've never had a bad cut. A couple of my favorites would have to be Lorraine and Bella. They are friendly and sweet.
Better method of keeping customer balances at checkout would be great...

Just moved to the area and needed a new salon and found Balance after a search on Google. After many past visits to salons that left me feeling 'meh', I am thrilled to have not only had a salon experience I loved, but one close by I can keep coming back to. Clarissa truly listened to me and did an amazing job with my hair (and honestly, confidence too!). All of the staff were very kind and helpful. Looking forward to my next visit!

My Stylist, Clarissa, is amazing! She listens to my hopes for my hair, and suggests appropriate cuts, provides stunning coloring skills, and advises me with supportive products to help me look my best. I am so happy with her, Carlos, and the whole salon. I have been going there exclusively for almost ten years now!!
My appointment was cancelled with Lorraine and I was given an appointment with Bella instead. She was very pleasant and did a fine job. Kudos!

It's the only salon I go to. Lorainne usually cuts my hair. This trip I could not wait, so Bella cut my hair. They both do a great job and are pleasant
Balance Salon is always a pleasure to come and have Lauren cut my hair. The appointment was easy to schedule. Lauren is always on time and gives a professional hair cut. The front staff is very friendly.

It is a space to be apart from the every day stress. I was lucky to get Bella who is a careful, focused, and serious haircutter, Also I had to change my appointment due to a family change of plans and they found me a spot immediately. The atmosphere at the salon is always positive.

I showed a picture of a previous haircut that I had that was well above the shoulders. What i received was well below the shoulders, its just frustrating when you show an actual picture. I got my haircut 7 months ago because I couldn't do it sooner financially and now I feel like Ill need it sooner, im upset with myself that I didn't speak up at the time but I mean...I showed a picture more than once which just shows lack of care.
Sierra is the absolute best stylist ever! I drive over a hour to see her every 10 weeks, and she is so flexible and helpful and makes every visit the best one yet! She is so detailed and ensures I am happy with every part of my haircut and I would recommend her to anyone looking for a new stylist!
