I’m not up to speed with current bike brands, manufacturing processes, parts, equipment, value for money etc etc, so can’t provide any useful feedback in that regard. However, the customer service was way above expectations and enjoyed the entire purchase process. No sale pressure, just options and a deal (which extended to accessories as well). From a potential purchasers perspective, the approach increases buyers confidence in how any potential issues or warranty claims will be dealt with in the future (touch wood) and helps seal the deal. Can’t speak highly enough of both Ken and Les. Certainly displaying the Trek values in the way they go about their work. Thanks gents.
