However, the real winner is the customer service - very friendly, professional and obliging staff who were really interested in us, rather than just a sale.
We didn't really know a great deal about bicycles but we went with friends who were visiting from Melbourne and who regularly cycle. We had not really seriously looked at ecycles before but were won over by the quality product and the customised advice provided.
We primarily dealt with Emily, and she was very enthusiastic to assist us while keeping our needs in mind. Ken also assisted us, and our friends also found him extremely helpful even though they were clearly not going to buy a bike here in NSW - they are now going to pursue their Trek purchase in Melbourne based on the wonderful service and quality product.

We spent quite a lot of time in the store trying out normal hybrid bikes and then on a second visit with friends trying out electric bikes.
Emily and Ken could not have been more helpful even though we forewarned them we were from Victoria and unable to purchase from them.
After a trial of the electric bikes though we knew a future purchase would be essential.
Our friend did buy one and that had alot to do with Emily and Ken's knowledge, easy demeanour and no pressure attitude.

Very friendly staff. Staff member helped me pick the perfect bike for my needs. I have a leg injury and haven't ridden a bike for over 30 years. They let my husband ride around the car park with me, we both rode the Electra Townie 7D, we loved them so we purchased 2 of them. Very happy.

Emily Dreaper, the staff member who served me, was incredibly helpful and made my purchase easy. She explained the additional items I would need to set up my kickr and sold me a cassette as well as the kickr. I was super grateful because it meant that I didn't get home and realise that I needed a cassette before I could use the kickr. All other staff members in the store were really friendly and attentive. Would have no hesitation in recommending the store!
