The staff at the Bennetts Green store could not be more friendly or helpful. We came across the store when looking online for a particular model/colour of bike in January for my older son. I live an hour away and called them late on a Sunday afternoon - they matched a price I’d seen at another store, drove down, bike was really and waiting, lovely young man that served me over the phone/when I arrived helped me load it into my car - great service.
Then in April my younger son had been saving to purchase a new bike for his 13th birthday. We had looked at a few different bikes, but once he thought he’d decided on the Trek Marlin, I drove him to the Bennetts Green store. Ken helped him select a size and colour - which needed to be ordered - but he was so patient and enthusiastic, nothing was a problem. He kept us updated during the process and when the bike arrived this week, they had it ready asap. My son was so excited when we arrived and his new bike was there on display. Knowing it was for his birthday they went out of their way to make it special for him. Could not be happier. (Shout out to the always friendly and helpful Emily as well.)

Feedback on product. Your small bottles of tyre sealant would be much better if they came with a built in nozzle. Stans sealant does and its so much easier to use.
