I recently took my Fuel EX8 in for it's first/complimentary service. I asked if there was a way to make the free wheel ratchet noise quieter (some people like the noise - I don't). The guys there phoned me to discuss alternatives. To keep it simple, they re-packed the hub with fresh grease and that has made a big difference. And here's the thing: they did that as part of the complimentary service. Well done folks! Much appreciated.
