On a bike ride home to Chicago from Kenosha, I experienced a flat tire and was ill-equipped to handle the situation. The Trek Store of Highland Park was nearby and handled this quickly (only took 20 minutes) and in a high quality manner. The store was clean, comfortable ... even gave me a bottle of water while I waited. Staff were both courteous and went out of their way to make for a positive experience

We had a great experience at Trek Highland Park this weekend. My 9-year old son needed a new bike for his birthday. The salesperson (didn't catch his name) was super helpful, getting a couple different bikes set up to test ride. He picked one and the shop got it checked out and ready for him to take home.
