We popped in on a random weekday to have a tire looked at, fully expecting to have to come back to get it. While I realize that this is not always possible, the technician was able to fix it on the spot - it just needed a new tube. Trek is super honest and super responsive. I recommend Trek for bike purchases and maintenance.
It can be intimidating walking into most bike shops when not an avid biker. But the Trek team provided patience and guidance (without being pushy) while selecting a new bike for my son. And even offered a credit for the trade-in of our previous Trek bike.

KC did an amazing job walking me through various options for full suspension bikes. He took the time to explain the differences as well as how to setup and ensure that the bikes were operating at optimum levels. He took the time to understand what I was looking for as well as my riding capabilities and goals to set me up with the perfect option to enjoy in the years to come. His knowledge is outstanding and treats his customers with patience and humility - something one does not find often. I will continue to go to go here for any further bike purchase as well as my bike maintenance as the team there is super professional and I know I will get the level of service.

Technician was very knowledgeable and fixed the issue with the rear gear slipping quickly. He also explained what was going on and educated me about my bike to prevent it from happening again. He was very friendly as well!
