I have been in there a few times. It has always been a great experience. I was happy to find out the store in Highland Park is the same business. I have purchased items there before and I go to their neighbor quite often. Duane the Younger One known as the Letter D. Is extremely pleasant and every time he touches my bike I never have a problem going forward. Extremely reasonable and friendly. Hard to find these days. It is truly a gem in Zion and has made experience as neighbor very uplifting.

I have a Trek 820 that is over 25 years old. I needed a new saddle and seat stem. I brought it in and the tech was very helpful and had the work done in about 40 minutes with no appointment. I'm not sure, but i think his name was Mike. Also impressed with you selection of bikes.

I just purchased a Trek Domane SL6 from Highland Park Trek. This was the second road bike I've purchased from the store. The first was 9 years ago. I appreciate the knowledge of the sales people. Cory has done my bike fitting in the past, and he did a great job again this time.
