Zion cyclery worked with Zipp to get my 8 year old wheel repaired even though it was long out of warranty. Rides like new again. They kept me updated as the process played out and I had my wheel back in just over a week. Great service

We popped in on a random weekday to have a tire looked at, fully expecting to have to come back to get it. While I realize that this is not always possible, the technician was able to fix it on the spot - it just needed a new tube. Trek is super honest and super responsive. I recommend Trek for bike purchases and maintenance.
It can be intimidating walking into most bike shops when not an avid biker. But the Trek team provided patience and guidance (without being pushy) while selecting a new bike for my son. And even offered a credit for the trade-in of our previous Trek bike.
