I had my handlebars replaced. The cables were routed through the handlebars. Because the old bars had sharp holes to route the cables, I needed new cables. It took more time, and more skill to get things right. The new Trek bars look great and everything shifts and brakes. I am ready for sprint.

While getting a cable replaced, I asked KC a question about a shoe I bought online. He explained to me what to consider when choosing the right shoes. He helped me realize my current shoes are too big, a common problem with buying online instead of at your local bike shop. He showed me shoes that were on sale. I bought them, and he set them up with my pedals for free. I left the store with the right shoes, a good fit, and much more knowledge, instead of buying shoes online I can't wear. I received a lot for what I paid. You can't get service like this online!

Your customer service is amazing. I’m disabled because of spinal cord injury.And I ride a regular trike and A couple of years ago Your HP store came out and picked me up when the chain broke on a ride brought me to the store fixed it and I was back on the ride in less than an 1/2 hour. On the Sunday of Labor Day weekend.
