My class at Westwood Core Power was great. The instructor, Tammy, was positive, communicative, and offered modifications and encouragement for the whole class. It felt like a very safe space to either begin or push yourself. I am excited to return!

One request: I'd love to see more morning classes added to the schedule, especially early C2 options at either 6:00 or 7:15. The morning practice slots are so valuable for those of us who like to get on the mat before work. More early options would strengthen the morning community and give practitioners greater flexibility. Thank you for considering!

Organized (sign on studio door saying when to come in and when to wait, whiteboard on studio door with name of class and props needed), spacious studio, super clean, friendly and knowledgeable teachers.
Easy parking and many classes and times to choose from. I like the teachers. The locker rooms are nice too.
I really enjoyed taking Anne’s C2 class. Her sequence was great and her teaching was very good. I enjoyed it a lot.
Laura gave an excellent workout and taught a solid class.

The quality of the instruction. It was challenging but doable. The instructor provided lower-impact moves, which I needed at times. She called out our names from time to time to acknowledge our hard work--especially impressive given that she's only seen me twice, as a guest no less!

Christine is a master yoga teacher!! Her yoga instruction is exceptional, and this class was absolutely fantastic. The flow was beautiful, thoughtfully sequenced, and just the right amount of challenging. Her voice is so calming and reassuring, creating a space where you feel both supported and inspired. I loved every minute of this class and can't wait to take it again. It was absolutely worth waking up early on a Sunday morning. Thank you, Christine!

Always love it needs another studio or location too busy in locker rooms and classes as more people joined which is wonderful but add more studios in Oregon
The facility is clean, the staff are welcoming and the instructors are excellent. I do wish that fewer people were allowed to register for each class as they can get pretty crowded, but I'm getting used to it and it's bothing me less these days. ;)
Chinami is an amazing instructor! Her energy and positive vibes made the class so much fun, and even as a complete yoga beginner, I was able to follow along with ease. I had such a great experience and can’t wait to come back!mahalo
I’ve tried many CP studios in Los Angeles, but Studio City is my favorite location. Dedicated teachers and students makes a great energy in class.
I went to Sunday 1100 C2 with manager Vivian and the class was great and the studio beautiful. I appreciate a late AM CSX class on the schedule.
