You know on a hot af day you are wishing for a little breeze and you just shut your eyes to relax you feel that gust of wind. That’s what it felt like when Stacie fanned us while cooling down. 10/10 class, would come back again!!

As someone who is plus size, the staff was very welcoming and made me feel like I belong. During the class, the instructor gave out modification ideas for poses in case they were to challenging. At the end of the class, my instructor asked me how I liked the class and said she was so proud of me for finishing the class and hopes to see me next time. Needless to say I have already booked her next class. I cant wait to go back.

Brandon and Michelle at Sherman Oaks are amazing instructors. All employees who I have encountered at this location are extremely friendly. I was going to Encino because it is closer to my home but it’s this staff that keeps me coming back. I miss this location when I’m not here.
I'm very happy with Josh's teaching style. His classes are super challenging and also incredibly well thought out and educational. He teaches you how to practice effectively so you can do the difficult classes and poses successfully without harm to your body. The studio itself is great too, clean and spacious.
The sound bath experience was amazing
This is my main studio now—I’ve tried others, but this one is my favorite. Wonderful teachers, a clean studio, and they offer the HPF class at a time that works perfectly for me, which has become hard to find elsewhere near me.

My instructor was very nice! I felt that the class was a bit fast paced because of switching poses and I am not familiar with yoga. But I felt that my body was being worked, I was exercising and stretching well which was good!
