I love this studio. Out of all the ones I’ve been to this one feels like home. It is evident that there is a strong community among both teachers and students. The studio has also become a lot cleaner recently an I think it’s a reflection of the new management and the process and standards in place that everyone has been upholding as a result. Even though Nob is no longer the CPY closest to my house, I still travel the distance to flow here when I can.
Teachers make each session so energizing and push students to do their best!

Love the versatility of the classes from C2 yoga to YS. Great over all fitness can be achieved all under the same roof. Life changing.
I love the CSX classes. I wish you had more times available that I could go to. I really enjoy the format and I really enjoyed the upper body class on Sunday with Arius!
