Instructors have been great and the community is very kind and respectful. The class size is perfect, not too small and not too large. However, I wish the sanitation policy was clearer because sometimes I am unsure if the blocks or weights are cleaned.
The teachers are very knowledgeable and genuine. I love taking yoga classes at LoHi.

The CPY studio in Hillcrest is lovely. great studio space, wonderful locker room, of course Heidi was the highlight of my experience. I prefer to walk to class but if I have to drive, the studio in Hillcrest is well worth it. thanks!
We love so many things.... one quick thing we can think of now...is the way the instructor tells us about how each pose helps which system in the body.
The plumbing has been a bummer at this location because we usually squeeze yoga in between different appointments/business/situations and need to leave the studio "ready" to get back into life...so that is hard sometimes when the plumbing isn't working as well--especially with how popular the location is.
Nevertheless.... we love this location and everyone who teaches!!
Practicing Yoga has been one of the most rewarding experiences of my life. It strengthens my muscles, enhances my flexibility and balance, and helps calm my mind and keep a positive mood.
I am deeply grateful to the Yoga instructors in Huntington Beach studio, where I have been practicing since early 2009. Without them, this journey would not have been possible.
Review of Restore Session with Allison
I recently attended a Restore session with Allison, and it was the perfect experience for relieving stress and getting centered.
Allison is a fantastic instructor who brings incredible poise and insight to her mindfulness practice. I particularly appreciated her attentiveness; she has a great focus on where every student is in their practice and is remarkably patient.
Her cadence for both guidance and mindfulness is spot on, providing the perfect rhythm for the session. Additionally, the background music selection was excellent and perfectly complemented the restorative setting.
I left feeling grounded and refreshed—highly recommended!
This studio has built an incredible community under Camryn's leadership. The instructors are the heart of what makes Capitol Hill exceptional and are truly an asset to CorePower.
Hayden, Camryn, Bella, Courtney, Michael, Roger, and Laney all bring exceptional C2 and C3 practices with strong technical foundations and engaging flows. Their ability to create challenging yet accessible sequences keeps students coming back. Each instructor has their own unique style while maintaining high quality instruction.
I understand that Yoga Sculpt is a very popular format, but it's important to keep teachers who understand and create a good vinyasa flow. These experienced instructors who deeply understand yoga are what keep students loyal to this studio. I hope CorePower values these teachers and supports them with competitive pay and benefits. Quality vinyasa instructors like ours are invaluable assets to the studio and the broader CorePower community.
The studio is amazing because of the people, but there are improvements needed at the corporate level. While the studio is cleaned regularly between classes, it needs deep cleaning more often. The 30 and 15 minute turnaround between classes and SET student responsibilities don't allow for the thorough deep cleaning the space truly needs. The corners where I often set up could use more attention. At the very least, a deeper cleaning needs to be done at the end of the night or on weekends. This isn't a reflection on the staff who work incredibly hard, but rather a structural issue that requires corporate attention and resources.
Overall, this is an exceptional studio with world class instructors. With some corporate support on facility maintenance, it would be absolutely perfect. Thank you for building such a wonderful community!
I attended several types of classes with various teachers to get a good feel for the studios offerings adn was very impressed. I appreciated the energy and expertise of all of your instructors, and the quality of the class experrience.
Warm greeting at the door. That matters in settling in after a busy day. Teachers are very clear and offer different ways to do poses. I appreciate their emphasis on breathing!
I loved my teacher Karter N. She was amazing and very knowledgeable! I've been coming to CorePower since I was literally 13 with my mom, and Karter always kills it

Mitch is the perfect instructor! He does most all moves together with the students. Helpful as momentum is not lost trying to determine the current pose. Great flow!
