I've really enjoyed my time at CorePower. I enjoy the variety of teachers and classes, and staff have been friendly and kind. I really enjoyed a gong bath experience a few months ago, and would love to see more things like that on the schedule.

The studio is clean and has good natural lighting in the practice rooms. The instructors are kind and helpful, each trying to bring something fun or surprising to their routines. I feel both my personal space and my time are well respected here, and I leave feeling sweaty and relaxed. Also, this location has a well-kept shower area, with enough amenities to power the rest of my day.

Hot Yoga sculpt is my favorite - the classes are frequent and the venue is close to where I stay when in Seattle.

Wow this was a fast paced experience and a great workout.
Very few things in life can get the trifecta of mind,body,& spirit aligned for me. It only takes a 60min class to let the large loving family of excellent teachers to get united in community. Clear all the mental chatter. Feel fantastic accomplished to handle any physical situation sleep excellent at night and look great naked at any spot in San Diego at CP studio is close and classes from 6 till 830 at night!? It's changed my life for the better for sure it started for me at Point Loma! Very Grateful!
I really enjoy Holly's and Kate's classes because they are well designed. I feel like these teachers really care about their students' experiences.
