Welcome the new manager, Vivian! I am happy to see some nice improvements (heater fixed in studio 1, more classes on the schedule, new instructors). Also, I have noticed we have had some real power house subs as well. She has done a good job with her studio coordinator, Lexus, with getting Woodbridge the facelift that it needed.
I have also noticed and appreciate the teamwork at this studio. I have seen instructors taking other instructors classes which is super cool (Rupesh, Lexus, Pia, Ashlyn Z, Veronica).
A few special shout outs:
-Sonia. She has such positive energy and I have seen her help others by going above and beyond. I love her classes too... :)
-Rupesh. He puts on a welcoming, great community class on Sundays.
-Dulce. She is so thoughtful in the way she puts together all formats that she teaches and is SUPER engaged with the students while she teaches...helpful, encouraging, and creates a safe environment.
-Lexus. Great listener and has taken feedback and created action around it! Thank you!
*David Ge and Pia were two subs that need to come back to instruct more classes. They both were AMAZING!
I took Pia's sculpt class...it was fantastic. Thank you for having her sub (would like to see more of her on the schedule). Why? She knows how to bring such positive energy into the room, gives a really good workout, great music, and she communicates effectively.
I want to give a special shout out to Pia! She was a sub for one of your sculpt classes and she was fabulous! GREAT workout...GREAT music...GREAT energy! I really liked how she coached the class throughout (very clear communication, modification options, demos, and was inspiring). Please have her come back do Sub more classes! I will be there!!!!

The yoga teachers are amazing. They made yoga easy to understand and very helpful. Since it was my first time, it was relaxing. I will definitely go again when I visit San Diego.
It’s a great workout for both strength and mobility
