The instructors are amazing! They always greet you with a smile and upbeat greeting. I don’t think I have ever seen this consistent positive attitude and engagement in any business that I have engaged with. I don’t know if this is just great hiring, training, or luck? Whatever it is it is truly great and I feel lucky to be part of this community z!
The studio is clean.
Customer service is top notch …. A person actually answers the phone. App is easy to use.
We absolutely loved our experience with sculpt. Stacy was amazing. She kept the class energetic. She was fully focused on making it a great experience for everyone.

The most recent core power C2 class that I took was too cool of a temperature. Much cooler than ever before. Maybe the heater was broken because it didn’t feel like it was turned on at all. Hopefully this can be fixed soon. Thanks!
I had an incredible experience at CorePower Yoga. This was only my second class ever, and wow... it was definitely one of the hardest workouts I've ever done. I'm still feeling sore 2–3 days later, which says a lot!
The instructor was fantastic. She moved at a pace that felt manageable while still being challenging, and her cues were clear and easy to follow. The music selection was great and the overall energy of the class was really motivating.
My only piece of feedback is that the music volume was a little too high. I'm not particularly sensitive to loud music, but there were times when it was difficult to hear the instructor, especially when she was giving important cues. I also noticed the music stayed quite loud during the final resting pose, when a quieter atmosphere would have felt more relaxing.
That said, it was a wonderful class overall and a very minor issue in an otherwise great experience. I really enjoyed it and am looking forward to coming back.
The teacher Regina was very experienced, and took time throughout the class to explain in detail which muscles were affected with each pose. The intensity of the class was perfect as well. I loved the music selection as well. Overall fantastic experience. Daniel S.
it is a very fresh and clean atmosphere, lots of kind people good instructors... Great place to learn and increase your skills.
The instructor was phenomenal. It feels like a very safe space to practice yoga and ultimately center your body and mind. That level of comfort while also working out is very hard to come by, but you definitely get it at CorePower.
I appreciate that each teacher has a great energy and leads a strong class. I also appreciate that each class is different and unpredictable so I don’t get bored on the mat.
been going to CPY for almost 20 years now. Starting in Chicago, then to Colorado and now SoCal. It's fun & sweaty & I always leave feeling detoxed and stronger than when I came in. Grateful for the Yogi's that keep me coming back. My only complaint is the locker rooms showers are not always the cleanest, but that's because people are gross.
Studio Manager Danica led a mindfully intense and super fun class! The studio looks clean, the heat felt great, and Studio Coordinator Wendy does a phenomenal job overseeing the space.
I love that the workouts are very effective and efficient and upbeat.
As someone who has never done any yoga before, the class was easy to follow. The instructor was great and explained things clearly. She also offered easier alternatives to more complicated positions. The class was very relaxing and I really enjoyed it!
