Mara is such a wonderful instructor! Meets you where you’re at and is so motivating. Helps you push to do your best but in a balanced way. She’s thoughtful and intentional with her practice. This is the only studio in the area that has hot yoga every day, and this is my favorite practice. Teachers are friendly, studio is clean.
