This studio was very welcoming. I took Clydes yoga sculpt and he lead us through a challenging, fun, and effective workout. One thing i would change is how loud the music was. It made it hard to follow Clyde at times but that is an easy adjustment. The workout itself was well structured. The pace he kept was perfect. The studio itself was very nice and well kept.
Excellent staff & facilities! Brittany teaches a great class with excellent pacing! Elizabeth has cool and unique flows! Zanzi teaches a challenging and fun class! Jadyn brings a great energy in the morning! Delany did a great job for her second class!
The location and format works well for me. I like Jakie a lot as an instructor.
Class and instructor were energetic. Like the options and tools available for use. Parking is not the best however.
Instructors are helpful, motivating and supportive. So are the others in the class. Love the music and the heat. Its a very positive experience.
The teacher was positive and knowledgeable. Studio was clean and well appointed.

Sophia, the teacher, was fun and welcoming m! The facility was clean and the waiting area was an added bonus to have my daughter sit and wait.
