Krystianna's class was AMAZING!!!!!!!!!! The best instructor I have ever had! She is full of energy, confidence and pure joyy. She killed it plus her music is amaaaaazingg!

I like a lot of teachers I follow, but I lost my favorite Weds noon teacher when she went on leave for couple of months this past fall. She never came back to a time I can make. Her name is Theresa Spangle, and she has the best progression in her flow to be able to attain a peak pose. She has great anatomy knowledge and as a chiropractor, I appreciate it. She came back to a time slot I can’t make. I was wondering if there is Weds noon slot available in future, you’d offer it to her first. She doesn’t know of this request. I like Zhora who took her spot, but sometimes I can’t drive over to Winchester. Theresa can get a noon following happen. I know Santa Clara has rotated in and out various teachers during the Weds noon slot. Teachers at that slot has been hit or miss.

Julie is the most fantastic instructor in every way! She is able to eloquently and gently weave in the reality of life these days, suggest coping strategies and humor to bring to our lives and mats, provide specify posture details and challenging workouts, provide great variety, use excellent music and is generally friendly and welcoming to all. And Happy Birthday Julie!!
It is good, my body felt energized instead of wiped out. Stephany is very calm, relax and easy to follow instructor.

Clases are great! Studio has lots of parking, the heat is actually working and it’s a great easy experience. This is the best studio in LA
The instructors are all wonderful. The cues are very helpful and they always keep the flows creative and different each time. The head is warm but not too hot and I’ve had only good experiences. Love this studio!
I usually manage my cardio workouts on my own, but I haven’t been very good at doing strength training, core exercises, or stretching. Since I started going to yoga, all of that is taken care of, and I absolutely love the flowing sweat in hot yoga — it’s so appealing and motivating.

Really needed these past couple strength & stretch sessions! Enjoyed the playlists the instructors came up with too - movement medicine + soundbath... and then access to an *actual shower* to freshen up!

Ariel is an amazing instructor. She inspires the mind, heart, body and spirit through her compassionate instruction. Ariel acknowledged people by name, made helpful adjustments to poses, and offered modifications to meet practitioners where they were at. I will come back just for Ariel’s yogi magic.
The teachers are amazing!
