I was in town for a few days and took a couple classes. HPF w Paul was so amazing , and Brianna (sp?) sculpt was so great too. I’ll be sure to return when I’m back In town. It’s nice having a little home away from my home studio!

Liis does an excellent job of keeping us engaged, managing the heat and humidity well, and is one of the few teachers that actually builds in time for savasana (most teacher srequire you stay past the end of class to enjoy savasan since they do not end the sequence early enough).

Elena the teacher was great. The room was absolutely packed, but she put together a challenging, creative and well rounded flow that didn't require everyone bumping into each other. Really great teaching!
Holly taught 60 minute aRestore class that was absolutely amazing!!!!! To het credit I was so rela ed that I almost fell asleep twice in class. I would highly recommend taking her class.

The energy and cardio routines combined with strength training
The community is vibrant. The space is always well kept. I jump from Yoga sculpt to HPF to C2 classes and love every single instructor. Looking forward for my next class every time I leave the studio.
