My schedule is consistent every Monday and Tuesday taking Delaney B’s 5:30 pm on Monday and Peter T’s 5:30 pm on Tuesday. Both are phenomenal C2 instructors.
Music for both classes are exactly what I listen to, both have great vocal projections where you can clearly hear their cues and volume level for music is perfect, heat is hot and I love it. I’m not sure if this studio has a humidifier but I sweat like crazy in this studio and it feels amazing.
C2 > Sculpt any day. My only advice and ask is to make the sequencing even more challenging than it already is. Lol. Maybe add more entry options for inversions or additional B+

What I love about four hours the community knowing that I am part of something big. yoga keeps me grounded. The people keep me grounded. Ballard has been my home away from home for years. Can’t imagine, living without it, including the people and teachers and students becoming a family.
Took class with Elizabeth on Thursday at 3. She was so welcoming and friendly as it was my first time at this location. Her class was great as well. She mixed it up for cardio and we did some boxing with optional weights as well as other movements which was a fun and refreshing change from usual cardio segments. Her music was perfectly timed to her flow, you can tell there was intentionality in her programming! The studio was clean and I especially appreciated the spacious locker rooms and clean showers. Will come back next time I'm in the city!

What I like about my experience at CorePower Yoga is that all the classes are fun & the teachers are so kind & motivating that it makes me continue to want to go as much as I can to better myself & get a great work out in!
Arpa was a great instructor. Studio and common areas were very clean! Just not close to where I live.

I love starting my Saturday Mornings at Fashion Island and with her coaching a sculpt class.
The time FLYs by...her sequencing is so effective not only with keeping you engaged the entire time, feeling a all around balanced class-upper/lower body, proper warm up, cool down, and amazing AB exercises. Pia does a good job connecting with the class checking in, bringing in her personality and is all around likeable.
PLEASE recognize her for another job well done and get her on the schedule permanently.
The staff are so welcoming and friendly- and the classes are truly so healing. I definitely cried during my first class out of pure catharsis. It's an emotional and physical detox. Absolutely lovee!

Alec is a great instructor. I took her C2 and thought she was great. Great vocal projections, she gave a lot of options for additional cue’s to make the sequence harder, in addition I liked her music! Highly encourage taking her.
