Corepower La Mesa was clean, inviting and well worth my drive from North Park. Ricki was super friendly at check in and she actually made me shed a tear at the end of class with her positive message and wonderful music playlist for class. Will recommend everyone to take her 6pm class at La Mesa :)

Great studio and location, excellent instructor, friendly front desk. Only complaint is parking, would be nice if validation were 2 hours instead of 1.5 so one can have enough time to shower after class. A 1 hour class plus getting there early, ending with sometimes a wait for the shower makes 1.5 hours unmanageable.

Elizabeth's class is consistently peaceful. smooth, and challenging in the right way for a flow. Perfect music too.
The teacher explained a challenging class but it felt so accessible still. Really enjoyed Chloe’s presence and flow. Excellent class!
