CPYCC is lucky to have two of my favorite Sculpt teachers - Brittany G and Betsy! Their classes are not only FUN but challenging as well. Each class I take from them sets the bar high for the next class. Grateful for two strong woman who show up 100% to teach YS!

This was the first time I could actually hear the instructor over the music!! Also the playlist was nice and very good for yoga
All the teachers are really good, they are serious about their job, all different, but invested in their classes, dedicated. It is something you can feel, which is pretty good. Really positive is all the different classes, variations, options you have. Today for example, my body feels like taking yoga. Mondays I typically take the lower body class, so you have options in one place. Good for your body too. I was taking orange theory and my knees particularly my rt one was bothering me. With the classes I am taking core power, it does not bother me at all. I am really happy with this investment.

Dana is an amazing instructor! I left feeling so strong and empowered! She had fun music and a great sculpt class. This studio was also very nice and clean. Highly recommend!

In smaller classes, I don't feel like a packed sardine! The clientele and instructors, especially Nina B and Julie Z, are outstanding!
For me, prohibiting cell phones in the studio redefines the class's purpose: it supports my concentration and promotes community. This was one reason I rejoined CoreYoga!
