Staff are always friendly and welcoming. The salon is always clean and I mean always. I've yet to see anything on the floor or that the floors are dirty in any way.

I enjoy the environment there. It is very pretty and nice to be around. Everyone is friendly and helpful. Even though it is a high end spa people are super nice. I have never had to wait long. They are very organized. I would recommend them to anyone. My hair dresser is top notch and does a fabulous job every time. I really enjoy going there. I get several reminders prior to my visit. I have always had a great experience.

What did you like most about your salon experience?

Loved Katherine and my whole experience. I had a picture as a reference and she cut my hair just like the pic! I am a regular customer for a while and see myself being one for as long as I am living in the area.
Amazing place, great products (Aveda) and wonderful stylists.

Sami is the best at hair stylist ever. I would definitely recommend New Beginnings. From the smile at check in with tea, to the chocolate when checking out, I am very happy with my experience.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

Well I was charged the wrong price at check out after I had gotten the cost specifics the day before when I made the appointment. It was embarrassing and felt like they were essentially saying I wasn’t being honest.

Natalie did a wonderful job with my facial. I left refreshed and relaxed. I appreciated hearing about products and other services that might be useful yet it wasn’t high pressured. I will be back.
