Everything. I like the set up, the cleanliness, and helpful front desk staff. I LOVED the hair stylist. It was the 1st time I had Alexis. She seemed genuinely interested in knowing my hair regimen was and not once tried to sell me any products, which I loved. Previous to Alexis, my hairdresser was rude. She asked me what products I used on my hair, when I told her what I was using she responded with, “whatever you’re using is not doing you any favors. Look at your hair.” The previous interaction left me feeling abused, vulnerable, and not wanting to go back. I’m glad I decided to try someone else. My experience with Alexis was like day & night from previously.

I loved the environment. It's so beautiful, open and peaceful. The staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful.

I would encourage the stylist to talk about what Aveda products are used before and while using them on the client's hair. That may help the client understand what the product does for them.

The salon is gorgeous, tranquil and clean. My stylist, Marissa cut the perfect pixie cut for me and is super friendly and professional. After moving from California and having a stylist for years at a different Aveda salon, I had confidence that the Aveda salons here would not let me down.

Jordan is new to the salon and new to me since my stylist is out on medical leave. She took her time with my hair since I wear it short and get it the way I wanted it. I appreciate her patience with me as we worked through my cut. I will be seeing her again. I also like to compliment the reception staff. They are always very nice and accomodating.

Welcoming and friendly staff, comfortable environment and excellent stylist (Desiree) makes a visit here so pleasant. Not to mention the wonderful lavender head massage and the chocolate truffle on checkout!

Would certainly recommend for a very relaxing experience.

Karen is wonderful. She modifies massages to individual needs. I was 5 weeks post knee replacement and feeling desperate for a massage to loosen up knots and tightness from my whole body being very protective of my knee. Felt very confident in her abilities. Very relaxing and very therapeutic.

She helped me figure out a nice style to compliment my natural curl and confirmed the details with me before cutting. She's also an amazing hair stylist! LOVE her talent for cutting and styling my curls!
