It is quiet, calm, a relaxing experience with kind and polite staff and stylists. From when you walk in until you leave, there is a sense of being cared for and about. My stylist Desiree listened to me and offered all her skills and experience to make such a difference in my cut and color. I look forward to many years of being taken care of at this salon.
The receptionist service and over the phone service is not good.

This was my first visit and I was very apprehensive. I just moved here from Arizona and a stylist who knows me and my hair well. Jordan did not disappoint with my color. I am pleased with the color, and hoping when I go for a cut I will have a positive experience as well. I will say, I agree with one other review, I was told $110 for a partial hi go light when I met her, and it ended up at $160. Just a heads up. Overall, great experience and will return.
My friend and I planned a stress-fix manicure with shellac, and our Nail Technician, Emma, was amazing! Her gentle tone, and calm way about her, was exactly what we needed. We had a great time chatting, and enjoyed a relaxing afternoon. Highly recommend!

I really adore my stylist Kathryn. She is so easy to talk to and she is the very best stylist I have ever had. My wavy hair is very thick but fine. It has cowlicks and has been difficult for other hairdressers to work. I am grateful to have Kathryn!

How clean everything was and how nice the girl who did my hair was, she listen to what I wanted and also advised me on it which I loved !
I was quoted $110 to $160. I’m disappointed because if I’m quoted a price range that’s what I should be charged. I was charged extra for more time & extra foils. I even had a 25% off first service with tip and I paid a total of $192. My highlights came out much darker & my stylist agreed. When I asserted myself the stylist made excuses and placated me. I expected a different response more in the area of a price reduction for the poor results. I just moved here and really wanted to continue using Aveda salons. But didn’t like being treated this way. If someone at the salon could make a reconciliatory financial amount I will continue using your salon. I thank you for asking about my experience. I trust you will make a good faith response.

I don't care for the prices at the salon or the heavy emphasis on upselling, but I continue to go because of Marissa.

Jordan does an amazing job with my highlights. My hair is not dry and frizzy from the chemical process. My hair is shiny and beautiful! I am an everyday hair wash with hot rollers and I am so happy with my hair.
