I enjoy the in classroom learning opportunities. I also enjoy that the topics are always on much needed areas of interest. The trainers are so engaging and knowledgeable.
It's also refreshing to get practical, real-life examples of scenarios and situations from our instructors and not just text book data; not that there isn't a place for that as well. However, it helps to have instructors that are themselves, exposed to and familiar with examples we're often sharing as a way to provide insight on where we individually struggle or need clarity.

I am a member of 5 different mls systems. This one, by a very, very, very significant margin, has waaaaaaay too much red tape to accomplish simple tasks, just signing up was exhausting. On top of that, it is far more expensive than any other one.

We have some of the best training , some really wonderful leaders in the organization, better contracts, we own our lockboxes & we have global trade missions where I’ve made tons of MainStreet friends & international friends in addition to having the experience of a lifetime!!
