The help desk is wonderful and I could not do my business without it.
Easy to walk in and talk with someone at the office if you need help with lockboxes, etc.
Thanks.
I am still not happy with the NAR and Mainstreet for the cavalier way they are approaching the state of the industry.
Lynn Madison is the best teacher! 10/10 Recommend Mainstreet as well
You don’t support appraisers in any capacity but we pay dues equivalent to brokers
Great trainings, amazing support and easy access to resources makes Mainstreet an amazing association to belong to. Highly recommended!
Stop trying charge people $20 for donation during renewals and making it difficult to remove. You guys bamboozeled me again. Make it right by refunding my $20

Easy and very friendly
you took my overcharge immediately and then I had to fill out a form, submit it and wait 2 weeks for my $20 refund
I absolutely love Mainstreet.
Fee is too high
Great idea. Just keep raising those MLS fees. What's the matter? Aren't you making enough cash selling our hard earned listings to Zillow and everywhere else?
I do not appreciate being charged an additional $20 fee after paying $270 already. Times are tough right now, and I could not figure out how to take the $20 off!
Your fees are constantly increasing
Have you ever thought of cost saving
I have to do that all the time
And our listings are out there for the world to profit off of them and we pay for this you offer us no protection
I like that Andrea Davis and Emily are always available for advice and questions. On another note I did hear that an agent put in an anonymous complaint and Mainstreet let it slip and showed the agent that turned them in and that is very unacceptable.
Whenever I have a question, it gets answered quickly. They offer education opportunities to make sure you are covered for renewal and the prices of classes are reasonable.
The techs and everyone always have the answers to my needs and questions.
Everyone is very knowledgeable and considerate. Everyone is truly sincere about their desire to help me.
Thank you all for everything!
most of the agents are deal with are in our area and already a part of mainstreet....so "recommending" seems silly
nothing else at this time
My issue with the application RealSatisfied is still not resolved. No one seems to solve this issue and yet i still have to take time out of my day to solve for an issue that I did not create.

Ease of use.
Have monthly payment options like surrounding associations
The cuality of services that are offered support
Anytime I have had a problem I've called and they have been able to direct and/or assist me making my job easier
As a organization, Mainstreet has the best residential real estate contract in the Chicago
area. While we are still learning about the "new rules", Mainstreet seems to be a leader
compared to other boards.
Education is definitely a top priority and is encouraged. Excellent!
Help is always available if needed. Great!
Now we have a new format, but one that is more inclusive as well. Still checking it out but
I am impressed with it. Lots of information!
Your billing is misleading as it has been for decades. Your software is not up to modern standards. The lawsuit that was lost does not sit well with many in the community and raises questions.
no one needs access who doesn't know about you. Also, these surveys are really annoying and your lobbyists are a joke.
Anytime I need assistance. Everybody is extremely helpful.

MainStreet has a lot to offer membership compared to other boards. I think they offer a nice variety of education opportunities, both virtual and in-person. I would love to see them open a satellite office further west of the city though, perhaps the Naperville/Aurora/DeKalb area off the I88 corridor.
