Educated and very helpful

I tried to remove the donation from my dues payment , it showed my subtotal without the donation and then it added it back in when I went to my cart

I am not happy with Mainstreet and how they handle disputes. I have been on the receiving
end of an unjust penalty and would not recommend Mainstreet to anyone. Ever. The moment I can get out of this association, I will.

have been trying to pay my dues due 9/25 or 24 since
last week and the site was not able to take payment. then when I paid today it said my account had been deactivated for this payment not being made and would be reactivated in a day or two.....whenthe payment went through tonight ......the new site is hard to deal with

Reduce fees

If you have any questions about anything they are always ready to answer any questions

Our office moved to mainstreet to save money. Which we are not. The dues have consistently gone up. Why can they not stay the same for 1 year?? They go up every time a bill is due. Thinking of going back to TRAR. At least they provide broker classes and CE either free or at a very reduced price. Don't feel the move was worth it.

It's easy and simple to use and if you don't know how to do something the help line is available. They're very patient and explain things well.

Very professional organization

I do not like the fact that you are hiding the area where you can opt out on your $20 donation. Plus I tried to pay last week only for you to tell me the site was down. I'm positive you would not of hesitated to fine me for being late with my payment. Also, the phone apt sucks and hasn't been changed since the 19th century.
