EXCELLENT STAFF, VERY THOUGHTFUL AND HELPING
It is full of information.
Pay my bill took forever. Why do we have the area where you remove the $20 after you proceeded to check out and it took me a long time to get in. Also the app that you suggested will not download so I don’t know if it’s no longer available or you did away with it or what but I would really like to have an app that I can use on my phone and I could not do it.

I Always get reminders on my dues and give me plenty of time to pay. The staff always helps resolve issues/questions I have.
The ability to try to keep the dues from rising to fast. The industry is quickly changing, and dues must not rise too much to force Broker's to leave.

Main Street organization of realtors is very supportive. I’ve been a member for 11 years now.
Your billing is deceiving and misrepresenting. You hide the optional donation to make it look like part of the bill. Shame on you. Especially after losing such a large lawsuit for practices you teach about.

Main Street offers a multitude of options to realtors and afiliated partners
I am a new realtor so forgive my ignorance. Do you mean your classes? Do you mean your instructors for certain classes. My perception as a new realtor is that I have no choice in signing up for mainstreet if I want 1) MLS, 2) Forewarn, 3) Showing time. Without these services, it would be very hard to work. Are you saying that if I didn't recommend you, I could use another chapter not near my home? Paying all the fees were for the services you provide. My understanding is that if you are a realtor in the area, Mainstreet is the chapter where you get the goods to do your business as well as your brokerage of course.
Private should be done as a standard MLS withoit outside internet.
Be consistance with ruling advice.
Be more intune with actual sellers wishes
