No idea what I am paying for.
The fees are very expensive. Especially for someone that’s new to the profession.
Up to date information on any subject. Great education. Everyone is active and involved in real estate matters. Quick response for any questions.
What exactly do you do for me that I can't get from Zillow? Now, with the NAR sellout, I feel betrayed. You spend PAC money on woke agenda, DEI agenda and leftist garbage and perversions, then sellout to a bunch of greedy attorneys who charge 33% commission.
What a pathetic business model.

NAR Participation should be optional
Provide More class options
With greater availability. For example, There was a class I wanted to attend but was only available for a short window. It was not offered at another time in the year.
I've been a realtor for 45 years and have belonged to this association since entering the field.
Lower fees
Get rid of the NAR!! I want no part of that organization!! They are an embarassment. Also, Why do I pay two semi-annual payments and then an annual payment. I guess if our earnings are coming into question, I would have to question what am I actually paying for?? If I pay an annual fee, in my opinion that should be it. Then two semi-annual payments, I'm just not getting it. Maybe you should try to hold some of the agents accountable who can't even fill out the MLS properly. I'm sure you're getting plenty of negative feedback with all this happening, but maybe this needed to come out too.
Overcharging my account and giving NAR my account without my permission. You owe me a refund $241

I am not feeling much value other than MLS access.
More tools or affiliates for taxes, discounts on software websites, mileage, calculators, business tools, office supplies, etc.
Mainstreet is a Network of Helpful people and tools that are available to Realtors aimed for our success. Their wonderful and patient staff are ready to help with any questions you may have.
