You're very responsive and informative. Sentri lock fees are already included in my MoRE fees.
Your staff of professionals has always been competent and polite when assisting me or answering my questions over the years.
One of the questions I now have is as follows: I have just passed the 24 hours of continuing education required for my managing brokers license numberPhone number removed19.
An important reminder toward the end of my testing from my Education Provider, Illinois Realtors, was that I should notify my local organization that I had successfully completed all requirements for renewal of my license, which was expiring April 30, 2023.
My question is simple. How do I do that as I saw no instructions while taking the test or at the completion thereof. Can you please assist me so that my license renewal will be effective? I can be reached best at my cell phone number of Phone number removed. If I fail to answer your call, please leave a message and I will certainly respond.
Thank you.
I believe that MORe does a great job providing information & resources for Realtors working with seniors and also international clients. However I think you miss the mark in serving the majority of the members who need assistance maintaining/growing their business in this challenging environment. There are so many experts and resources we could be sharing with members to provide them with the ever changing market conditions, mortgage and regulatory changes, credit scoring changes, down payment assistance programs and general up to date financial information from market experts. These resources include Barry Habib, Fannie Mae & Freddie Mac, MGIC PMI company who provides free webinars, Corelogic & other economists., etc. The National Association of Mortgage Brokers provides a brief weekly message discussing what occurred during the week. Why can’t we do that? Our members really need to keep on top of current events in the stock market, banking, FICO scoring, general mortgage topics with ways to assist buyers & sellers regarding financing. I think MORe spends a lot of time, money and resources on the international component but not near enough on the things that Realtors really need to know in this market so they can be of best set to their clients. Additionally, it would be nice to have an update on the NAR lawsuits and what we should be prepared for. It’s not all pretty or fun but a bigger dose of reality would be in order. I’m happy to discuss any time!

I miss the extra things like Mr Ed I learned a lot of good tips from that. When Jeff Lasky was there, I felt that we were reminded more about legal
stuff to protect us. I miss those aspects. The voicemail to get to help Is way too long. I’m not happy that we dropped listhub, it was nice to be able to say we went to sites other than just IDX-good selling point at my listing presentations. And I’ve talked to many other agents around the country, why is docusign or something similar not purchased on a mass scale and provided at a cheaper rate to us-other MLS’s have done that. Us smaller boutique brokers are at a severe disadvantage as it’s so expressive. Starting to feel more like a number than we used to. I tried to get help from our ethics div on representation and agency relationship and they didn’t have answers, I don’t think I would have seen that back when Lasky was there. They were nice in giving me phone numbers to call but it took a lot of calls and I couldn’t get the answer I needed in a timely fashion before my client meet up as Betsy Urbanski wasn’t around. And then I ended up talking to IAR later who knew what I was talking about.
Sorry to complain. I like our helpline overall and Chris Harlan is doing good things. Just miss alot of things
Correct information. Excellent Remine.
Overall everyone does a great job! Here in Florida, our Board ((Nabor) does not charge its members for Continuing Ed!
Very organized and up to date on materials.
