I had an outstanding issue that has not been resolved with Mainstreet since January 31, 2023, and it seems the management team does not care about the questions and appeals from members.

I LOVE everything about our Association services..to be completely honest! I have never had a bad experience whenever I have needed to call. Whether it was as simple as buying a lockbox or I just needed that "extra" clarification on something, everyone is truly amazing. I would love to give Kate Sax an extra BIG shout out though by going on record to say that she is just uber amazeballs!!! I don't think there is anything that Kate can't answer, not to mention she gives the best advice for handling things...

I joined because a lot of events were Zoom at the time. I love a minimum of an hour and a half from everything in person so the Zoom/hybrid option was wonderful. Unfortunately that has gone away on a lot of things so now I’m debating whether to continue with Main Street
Member support & education.

Like all the CE and other class offerings. Great support when you need it. The one thing I will say, and I hear this from a lot of people in my office too, the annual fees are getting a bit too high, when you add it all up.

I also have never in over 30+ years had an unpleasant experience with any staff member of the board!!! I think it goes to say the leadership and training at Main Street and the respect for member is not matched anywhere!
