Very proactive and good customer service.
Everyone is very helpful and nice over there. My only thing that I still am not happy with is the Sentrilock one day codes...I now have to have two lockboxes on my properties to allow my stager, photographer, cleaning companies ect...to have access to the property. I have never abused my sentrilock and have to pay for the agents who have...Sentrilock is more secure since the code only lasts one day where as a numeric box the code stays the same. I believe we should be able to only have to use one box and have the ability to give the people that work for/with us on the properties access by that box.All of the other boards still allow one day codes...instead of taking it a way from us there should have been something worked out here. I have thought of joining another board soley so I can use my sentrilock boxes for there intended use.

I like the many classes/information that you offer. I don't think enough memebers are taking advantage of it.
Different payment options for dues. Monthly or quarterly would be easier for a lot of us smaller agents. While we know that they are always due in December and should plan for it, getting hit for $500 at the beginning of Christmas is very difficult for a lot of us.
Is there a way of posting our future payment with our credit card number with intentions of having you post it closer to the December 1st date?
Stop automatically adding RPAC dues to my account.

The employees at the board should remember they work and should be supporting the members. Without us there would be no need for them. Better communication and and perhaps a friendly helpful voice would be better them being made to feel we are bothering them or creating work. It is in fact we are creating them work because again, with out there is no need for them!
