Have evening hours 1 night a week or once a month. Or possible have some classes in the evening.
I have no idea what MORE would have to offer anyone that is not a Realtor or that does not directly serve the Realtor. I have no idea what MORE can offer my friend or business associate.
I find the fees high for the services provided. Lower dues.

Education Department seems completely overwhelmed. Taking days to return a call. I did email my questions today.

Up dating sentrilock to b extended to a week so we do not have to update it everyday
The staff, especially training, are very helpful. Your dues are yo high, and your breakdown of fees and payment page are not user friendly. Please stop including fees that are not required. It seems so sneaky.

The question is not really relevant. There is no N/A (not applicable.) All the people I know are members of this or another Realtor board. Although you can be a licensee and not a Realtor, Real estate is essentially a "closed shop."

Are you kidding?!? You couldn't of picked a worse date to have the annual dues due! December 1st! Right at Christmas time! I don't care you warned everyone since October, don't make them due at Christmas. Money is tight enough. What a terrible thing to do to people, make them choose between paying their dues and toys for their kids. Change the date.

Your dues are less than North Shore-Barrington yet we get the same personal service as NSBB.

Quit adding all the "benefits" to MLS and MORe. There is a big difference between "Need" and "Want". I don't do as much real estate as previously, but years ago I kept telling MORe's staff to stop the additional flow of "stuff" to the MLS. In 1999, we had the MLS in great shape! It was easy to use and extremely accurate. NOW it's full of a bunch of garbage. To fix that you have added more options to fix the garbage. Why not just demand that certain information be included and accurate when it is input to the MLS? If it's found to be wrong, slap a big fine on Realtors. They'll shape up immediately.
If you could see what I see you would be aghast. What is put in the MLS is not necessarily what the true info on the house is. Room sizes off by feet. Let's not even go to "enhanced" pictures - that's a joke and waste of everyone's time and money.
In 1999, you could trust a "10" as a home in great shape. Now they are using "turnkey" as a 10, but it turns out to be a "7" when you get inside. Square footage was the best addition, but the info may or may not be true. I had to check two appraisals recently and the Sq Footage on the MLS Listing stating it was from the Assessor's Office were really off!
Nothing in the MLS is trustworthy any more. But I don't think it's totally MORe's fault. There's too much to deal with and with all the work involved in selling real estate no one has the time to use everything and do a good job.

Everyone I speak to is always very helpful, professional and caring. Never curt or abrupt. Seem like 'customer service' is a high priority.

It's been what I have been doing for almost 27 years, Seen bad times & good. How can you knock, your business. I'm sure it can be better, but your doing what you can.
