I like the Association because they are very informative, they are up on technology and have a lot of training sessions to offer. I have no complaints.
I like that you provide a lot of information and education. The draw back is they are only provided during banker hours. It would be nice if you would offer weekend courses.

As an appraiser I rely heavily on the accurate gross living area to find comparable sales. Often these numbers are missing or not correct or have included living space that actually is in a basement, any area 1 foot below grade even if it is bermed on 3 sides. Also bath room counts are sometime misleading not knowing if the baths in the basement are included in the count. The clarification of the bed room count was a great improvement requiring to list above grade and basement bed rooms. If the square footage can be improved would be a great help.

I am an appraiser. I have been given no choice but to be a full member even though the only service you provide is to gain me access to the mls
For which I must pay an additional fee. There should be an associate membership with fees more in keeping with services offered As far as they'd goes I believe this area has one of the best available. It would be nice if realtors would fill in square footage numbers accurately also management co name and numbers are often missing from the listing sheets.

To be honest the billing procedures should be pro-rated. As I discussed with the billing agent, I just joined in October, paid MLS and a $500 dues fee. One month later I get hit with another $500 dues fee. This issues should be easy to fix not "that's just how it works" as I was told. $1,000 in a 2 month period to be a part of MORE? How do you expect new agents to join this association with that type of cost system?
Nothing bad, but the Tax Assessor has been slow/or a bug quite a bit, lately.
