Why would I recommend you? We all have to join and pay dues. All my colleagues already know about the classes & other opportunities available through Main street. The only reason I would recommend you is if you did CE and Ethics classes online & cheaper than anyone else. A member discount would be very helpful. Also, I'm sure the realtors who don't have insurance through their spouses would love a good Blue Cross Blue Shield program, at a group rate through Main Street like other companies provide. Is there a way you can give us a pension or 401 K program for retirement? These are things that most of my colleagues would appreciate. Thank you.

You provide many resources for Realtors to conduct and grow their business; keep us informed of latest industry info; offer a variety of educational courses and classes, and are there to answer industry and workplace related questions.

Readily Available
Stop sending so darn many emails. We are on email overload. One condensed email once every two weeks unless urgent (someone breaking into homes, crazy person asking to see homes, etc),if necessary with a link to full item. I get over 150 emails per day just in my business email, so I don't read most, including yours.

I think if you make a one sheetthat has main streets name and also explains that another name is more with the website address,and the name of the state organization and its various names and websites, and the national organization and its various names and websites,with a very shortstatement of what each one is.then maybe on the back put mred and MLS and all of those websites.sorting all those names and websites would have helped me.

All the transactions at the Downers Grove Office have been prompt and clearly explained.
Too, the staff is friendly and sociable.
I am mostly neutral. I am a member to have access to MLS and forms when I need them. I do feel Mainstreet charges excessively for these things because the organization knows I have no other choice and it can. As such, I view the organization more like the government than a business partner.
I was disciplined and a probation was set on me this was not right, I gave all the emails and proof that I did nothing wrong, I followed what I was suppose to do but everyone took the other realtors word over my real proof. how is that fair? even my Broker and attorney were amazed and disapointed on the decision.
