The professional and helpful information

This year I "celebrated" my 25th year as a member, this went unnoticed by More, NAR and IAR. Very disappointing. Honestly if I did not have to be a member to do business I would not be.
The entire staff at the Downers Grove office is very friendly and helpful. The instructors that teach the CE classes are knowledgeable and make the subject interesting by relating it to every day situations.
Always thinking and doing what would be good for Realtors and Affiliates. Service with a smile.
I like that they offer classes for free to us or at a very low cost. Whenever I have called for help, the person has always been helpful, polite and resolved the problem.
Between Re/max and Main street the fees are hi.
Many suggestions came forth several times and many were overlooked or put on the back shelf because staff was not interested or was topbusy with other things to implement what the Affiliates were asking for and wanted to move forward on.
After being one who worked in favor of the AFFILIATES all the years that I did, I felt I assisted in giving them and the Association a GOOD pop for THEIR Buck. Their cooperation, sopport, and involvement kept them STRONG. Too bad a good thing came to an end. The Associatioon and staff needs to keep in mind that the Affiliates are the ones who contribute more time and $$$ than other so.

For the most part the employees are very helpful and friendly....Information and educational classes are readily available at various locations.
I still miss the store at Main Street! It was so much better to actually see what you are buying, then purchasing over the Internet and having to wait for days for the merchandise!
