all the training that you provide, email warnings about dues way ahead of when they're due, assistance with sentri lock issue's, and of course all the vendor function you organize on our behalf!

Be more competetive
You would not wave my late fee. I have done and paid for continuing education which I am having second thoughts about. I have had 1 closing this year which now I am thinking about putting my licence on hold. Why do you have dues due in December and why such a high amount. Currently I anc waiting on a phone call back from 2 of your separtnents.

not sure, my concerns are people that don't have sentry-lock, and many agents have gone crazy with all the minus calculations in co-op payout.
It seem to me that it would be so simple if they just did their on math, and stated dollar amount or percentage they are paying out.
I felt there was no human to talk to when I ran into problems with my payment. My $505 ballooned to $560. I pay my bills but your computerized system seemed designed to confuse and confound.
I sincerely miss having the office located in Lindenhurst. The location was just so convenient to those of us who live north. I have never felt the warmth that we had like when we had that office with those amazing women running it.

I really appreciate the continuing ed classes that are offered. Whenever I have called with a question the phone is answered promptly and I'm directed to the person who has the information and explains it plainly.

CE offerings
I do not see the value fees keep increasing and I am not sure what I get for my money.
The biggest issue is we are an appraisal office and the Realtor Association does not know how to deal with appraisers. It start with charging appraisers the same as Brokers. When other than the MLS the Realtor Association does not do anything for appraiser other than force us to be members to get access to the MLS and it gets worse from there. The worse thing is siding with brokers to be allowed to value property for banking purpose. We have brokers on staff and even they think BPO's are a joke and should be gotten rid of.
I always get my questions answered. I like the seminars and classes offered and that so many are Free. the fact that we truly can be paperless if we choose to be. If I had more time I'd write more down.

I am licensed but do not actively list and sell, I do not see why I have to be a member and pay over $500 a year. That is very stressful, I do not earn commission.

I am pretty new...I have had many positive experiences thus far...sorry I'm not being more specific....the only negative I have had is that $500 bill due December 1st...ouch! Couldn't you do that non-xmas, non-tax time?
