How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

Disappointed that when we merged with More, our dues would decrease because of more members. Every year our dues keep going up.
I also don't like that they are due in December. I would think for most of our members who celebrate the holidays, it just makes it difficult with an additional expense during December.
It also seems that most of the training is south of Lake County. Those of us in Lake County can't make seminars at 8:30 AM when you have kids to get off to school and then drive over an hour to a class.
These are some of my reasons.

What do you like about our association services?

Great website; lots of classes, both CE and personal improvement. Held back on a perfect ten only because my primary is TRAR and I'm a past-president there. :-)

I like that classes are offered at the Tinley Park location. I do not like that our dues are paid in December!

Make new members feel like they made the right choice/move. Realtors can choose any board, first impressions are everything. You don't have one.

Everything is done very well except if there is a mediation and the hearing board. Everyone should be required to serve 2 or 4 years and that is it. No one can serve more than that. You should also have either a certified paralegal or attorney sitting in the position to oversee that department.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

the Fee's are out of control... and im not happy about having to pay a $30 late fee on dues that was said to have to be paid by 12/08/2014... today is 12/08/2014 and the late fee has already been accessed...

im gonna look into placing my license in holding if I cant find a cheaper board... im am NOT happy right now

What could we do to improve?

This organization has a lot of great training classes but I am a new agent and financially must keep my 8-5 job for a while. It's really hard to get into most classes. If you could occasionally have a night course or offer more online evening courses, I would give you a 10. Besides that, I am very happy working with Main street Organization.

You would not wave my late fee. I have done and paid for continuing education which I am having second thoughts about. I have had 1 closing this year which now I am thinking about putting my licence on hold. Why do you have dues due in December and why such a high amount. Currently I anc waiting on a phone call back from 2 of your separtnents.
