Communication and notification
I almost always get a quick answer to my problems and questions.
Endless possibilities!
I always get an answer to my questions, and help for my problems. Also you have good CE.
Have a one page sheet when you first join that has due dates and membership fees spelled out in detail. And have a better outline/instruction on how first time users set up sentrilock update device onto their computers.
Prompt and cordial service
I have been a member of this association for over 19 years, I was involved in a car accident and my life was turned upside down. I didn't practice real estate for two years and upon my return requested that the "New Member" fee be waived and was denied. I had an opportunity to go to CAR but because of loyalty remained with Mainstreet. Although I have no complaints about the service, I was very disappointed with how I was treated as a member. What would make things right would be a refund of the new member fee that I paid in April to show that loyalty to this organization does mean something!
You keep us up to date.
The site generally has what I am looking for.
Extremely helpful. Always pleasant. Always has answers to every question.
Always keep informed
Nothing really... It is a membership you have to have to conduct business, so it is not about an option for one of my friends or business associates to consider membership.
There has to be a better way to pay the dues than 505.00 all at one time.
It is a great resource and provides great education.
Friendly and helpful staff.
User friendly and plenty of information to view.
The commitment to Education and excellence is most important. But the cost is secondary. I think we get a lot for what we pay (not that I would not love to pay less).
It is a super organization due to the very nice people who work there.
Friendly, and helpful when joining. Agent explained process and answered all of my questions.
Knowledgeable. Friendly. Prompt response.
You are very accessible.
Education and Current Events, Upcoming Marketing Tools, Mainstreet is my go to
Keep prices lower.
By offering on-line classes on the continue education.
I reported one listing - mainly Fannie Mae - advertising a property during the first look - open to owner occupants only - and my clients' offer was being rejected...cash and at list price that Fannie Mae is asking for scope of work and additional proof of funds for the amount of work needed that was not requested as per the listing remarks. I did not want the listing agent get a fine - this was intended to see if we could punish Fannie Mae for listing a property and not accepting a full price cash offer...I later discovered that the agent got penalized for something his client was doing = absolutely unfair thus he had been very helpful to me and communicative. Again I did report the seller - not the agent and the agent got the automated fine. I also was not asked about my name/agent ID thus I could do it anonymously which I did not want to. I always stand behind what I say and wanted to make a point that it was unfair by Fannie Mae....but I guess this was treated completely different way I wanted to be.
I just found out that anyone can report a violation pretty much with no support - anonymously and that accused agent gets the automatic fine...SO UNFAIR...this will be messy and that is wrong. Unfortunately there are a lot of jealous agents that will report thus they are not as busy as the others. It will reflect on the agent's Error & Omission Insurance...the agent will have to go in front of the judge (spend time with the hearing)...NOT FAIR...should never been voted.

Promptness and responsiveness
The range of services that you offer and the willingness to look for ways to help the agents.
bring back one day codes- you have more use of combo boxes because of this decision- theory great idea- in practice does not work- very frustrating policy

Most every time there is a strong desire for your employees to try to resolve any issue the first time
