I like that you have great staff! Every person I have ever dealt with makes me feel like I am the most important person in the room. They never make you feel stupid when our questions are obvious and they go above and beyond to help you be the best you can be.

What could we do to improve?

Screen some of the presenters. Lynn Madison is wonderful some of the other continuing ed instructors are not the best quality. Some of the sponsors who are presenting or sponsoring events should be screened more on their integrity.
