they seem to offer alot of the new tech to their clients;
I am on top of alot of these when they first come out
and shortly after that MORE offers it to us...

That access to the on- line MLS data is almost always available, with little down time for either maintenance or technical issues. However, It would be better if there was weekend phone support coverage...
