You are an organization that I am a member in as a Broker. There is no choice to belong or not and no one I could recommend joining since all Brokers belong.

I like the education offered…class varieties, locations, teachers. I like the newsletters and website. I wish the Libertyville office had more to offer…supply selection, classes that were live. I do not like the satellite classes as it difficult to concentrate when agents around you are talking or working.

It is the best MLS I have ever used in my career I started real estate IL in 1972 and then in 1979 move to CA until I moved back in 2009. Beleave me it is the great MLS I have used over the years. Keep up the great work.
Education selections.
You're doing just fine. I'm an appraiser, so there's a limit to how much more you can do for this minority of your membership.

Two things: yearly goals and what and how much was achieved at year end. Basically, quantifiable yearly document of success and plan for next year to be shared before yearly dues.
One day codes is still an issue and should be a Brokerage decision not a Association decision.
Mainstreet offers many different avenues to help Realtors succeed.
Always very helpful. I don't call often but when I do my issues are addressed and resolved with the help of Mainstreet.
