You need to monitor listings. There are too many listing that state lower level and it is really a bsmt. Why should we allow agents to list in MLS for a simple fee and have buyers agents call the owner for showings? I'm tired of working full time as a realtor and allowing a partime agent to take over and not have to conduct business correctly. Is main street another for sale by owner site? Our listings are feed to zillow, realtor.com, trulia etc and then these companies turn around and sell buyers to us? Does this make sense?

Bring back one day codes. We realize that a few people were the rotten apples but we are all suffering for it. Reminds me of being a kid and everyone being punished for something one kid did. Not fair. Ethics is what is drilled into us, put a hefty fine or a license suspension for those who do not obey the rules
