What do you like about our association services?

Legislative efforts and updates about matters regarding real estate.Local board office in Arlington Heights, and classes and satelite programs from this location instead of having to go to Downers Grove. SSTF and programs/services for seniors in our communities. Online up to date contracts and forms.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

Just got an invite to the appreciation event. Why Oak Brook? Nothing that would be more centrally located like Schaumburg (Inconvenient for all)? The northerners feel very 2nd rate. Also, the lack of one day codes makes ME want to leave. If I change companies I will definitely look for one associated with the North Shore or McHenry.

You are not at all responsive to your members who are supposed to be serving.
The only thing that you care about is collecting money.
Your service is horrible I have left many messages before on your phone system and never received calls back.

A larger variety of classes. Some that deal with situations particular to the City of Chicago since many offices border Chicago and have dealings with properties there.
