I don't feel alot of support
Access to Real Estate Data is easy and plentiful
It would be great if you could retrieve Realist tax records ALL the time and if it didn't take a minute to open the Realist program.
Also it would be nice if Realtors actually entered accurate information into listings.
I really don't know of any issues. I really don't understand the question. I can understand a business associate, but not sure why I would recommend MORE to a friend.
I'm in the middle of this question, cause I never thought about recommending a board to anyone.

I think you all do a great job. I went to the sight to lodge a complaint though! I had an awful experience with my Sentrilock 2 Sundays ago. Where I was meeting clients at my town home listing in Chicago. I was over the 5 time update on my keycard and was forced to have my clients go home so I could drive a half an hour back to my office to update my card (it took me a half hour to get to the appointment and another half hour back to show them my listing with my lock box on the listing. Unbelievably frustrating, stressful and embarrassing for my first time meeting these clients who also had a home to sell
improve the accuracy of data input such as approximate square foot data, some realtors do not enter square foot amounts but this is one of the appraiser's most useful search item. Noting the difference between town homes and condominiums, dimensions for town homes are not common if they are not condominiums. Make bath room count like bed room count noting above grade and below grade separate.
