You offer loads of courses and are very professional with customer service! There are so many opportunities to touch ALL THINGS REAL ESTATE!
There is no benefit this is a scam. We pay you for what !! The MLS … ok but Zillow and Redfin are free and there is a reason all the buyers are looking in those websites.

It's a good association. Good events, good education options, good support. The MLS needs a better tax record link though. Remine is terrible
The billing process where you sneak the contributions into my bill and I have to search around to remove this almost feels criminal. I really hate that. I don't use your services hardly at all and most of the time when I call it is to figure out how to avoid this "Optional Donation."
Have to use it as an appraiser. Just wish it was more appraiser friendly with correct information input by realtors and searches easier. Should be able to save a map for searches instead of having to draw it every time.
What I need is there, pretty much in every situation, and if it's not there I know how and where to find it. Basically, you do everything well because I barely know you exist -

This is the 3rd Realtor association I have been a part of and it seems to be the most well-run. Easy to get answers to questions, things are clear and straightforward, good resources offered, etc.
