I am disillusioned about the latest legal cases against realtors in the US.
I have heard it said that realtors have always had flexibility when establishing commissions and splits for listings.
It is true however that in order to input a listing or sell a listing in the mls cooperative offers needed to be included so there was not that much flexibility after all and if customers are winning lawsuits then who is to blame.?
OUR MLS is no longer ours. You let NON Realtors in and gave it away.
Decrease the fees
Fees are too high for what is provided. No co-operation for new realtors that are struggling . The moment you late, you contact the managing broker and embarrass the heck out of people.
I think the service is good very good but of course it’s the only I know
MLS is out dated. App doesn’t work right. Let’s move forward and be more proactive with our tools so they align with technology.

Availability of training.
I don’t really have any comments… Seems main street organization of realtors is the only organization in my market. So it was automatically one that I worked with. I have never had any issues. Good experience all around.

Every tool and resource is available when I need it.

Lower cost to belong
Not quite sure what you do for us. Prices continue to skyrocket and I don’t see much value. Not for that price anyway
I think the increase for the March dues was ridiculous. How do you justify such a huge increase?
The MLS needs to work. There were multiple times throughout the year that it wasn’t working, and i was unable to search for listings for my clients.

Total lack of communication early on in the NAR, et al lawsuits and zero updates upon the October verdict. No heads up or communication regarding the class action settlement postcards that went out to consumers in early February. No information still to this day regarding MRED and what changes we might be seeing as a result of the NAR settlement. Absolutely no mention of the impact of the NAR settlement on MRED since they are excluded. MORe and MRED have been silent on all of it except for a video or 2 recently that basically didn’t amount to any information. Yet I see that the senior level staff all had a fabulous time in San Diego at a recent conference. That doesn’t help the members at all. You should be doing much better for your members considering all of the dues they pay. No transparency and no value from MORe. Perhaps I should have given it a “2” instead of a “5”.

I did not receive the automated reminder phone calls regarding the dues and was charged a late fee, after being a member for over 25 years. A good business practice would be to waive a late fee.
