But would like to see all CE classes also offered online because of disabilities.

Don't force me to pay into organizations that I don't back in my annual dues.
The Association provides me the information that I need for my professional development in a way that is easy to manage.
Improve the current forms and make them all editable. Offer more rental forms - move-in/out checklist.
By the time the appraisal addendum was available, the market was shifting. Other boards had the form available early in 2021.

A Great organization
The seminars that are offered are relevant and have good speakers. I use the forms provided through the MRED website.
The recent invoice is confusing as it has several line expenses that are not mandatory. I donate to many causes and would like to know what is optional and what is not. Thank you for taking my call today and explaining the charges you sent me.

Listing agents subtracting $495 from buyers agent commission does not make sense and seems to be local only to the Chicago land area. I did apply to join the MRED committee and hope to create change in the industry. BA already have to pay their own transaction fees so for LA agent to tack theirs on as well is very unfair, especially when they are making (most of the time) a higher commission percentage. Lets do with this outdated practice and make it fair for everyone involved

Majority friendly, helpful, staff : 1) offering different types of seminars, events and classes, in a very nice environment, (Downers Grove), and off-sites. Usually fun and enjoyable! And, 2) staff that will also assist with other questions, or issues.
The tools and resources that Mainstreet has to offer are awesome
