Variety and quantity of help and services.
The quality of care that comes with being a member of the association. It seems that I can always count on somebody getting back to me for assistance when in need of information or an answer to a question.

I would appreciate a bill in the mail and/or a clearer email notifying me of the bill. With so many emails generated about other things, it is easy to miss them as they do not stand out as being a bill. I also do not like your instantaneous $25 late fee policy. Perhaps a calendar on the website showing when fees are due would help alleviate missed payments.
