I feel I am a part of the best association. The entire team here is extremely supportive and quick to answer any question or concern that I have. I know I will never play phone tag or send off an email that goes unanswered. It is a pleasure to be a part of this Organization!
Its too expensive...some parts on the MSL are very confusing. Not user friendly.

Every one is very helpful when I call and ask any questions.
I know that the North Shore Board's update of the Sentri card is for a period of a week - ours is only for a period of 1 day which is really a pain and when I do suggest our board to their agents they fire that right back at me.
Everyone is very nice and very helpful, and I very much appreciate the wide variety of training and education programs.

I felt like everyone genuinely wanted to help me. I'm sure that I asked them the same questions that they get one hundred times each day, but I never got the feeling I was a nuisance. So far, I'm extremely happy with the service and attention that Mainstreet offers!
Fees are too high for the services we receive. The magazine is not useful. The fees that come out during the Christmas Holidays should be assessed in June or July.

Most of the online services are good and very workable. The phone sometimes can be a very different story, sometimes hard to reach anyone and very difficult to get a call back.

Great services.
I don't like that you increased fees for sentri-lock while taking away one-day codes. I dislike that you don't share forms with CAR. As a broker that works in both areas it is quiet frustrating to not have easy access to their forms. Lastly I wish that all MLS fields had an explanation that is linked to the field.
THE STAFF IS VERY FRIENDLY AND WILLING TO HELP IN ANYWAY.. IN THE PAST WHEN I HAD AN ISSUE AND NEEDED A QUICK RESPONSE THEY WERE THERE TO SOLVE MY PROBLEMS..
