I don't take advantage of the services you provide effectively, so when I get invoices for all the fees, I feel like it's not really worth the $$.

You didn't disappoint me. Not sure what occasion there would be to recommend you guys to a friend or business associate. If you're a Realtor in this association area, you join if your brokerage is member, correct? Not sure how all of that works...
The organization provides an incredible amount of service to it's Realtors, and they stay very up to date with what is trending. We are incredibly fortunate in this area to receive the level of support that we do, as well as all of the education, apps, & memberships to various services as we receive. I actually feel that I do not utilize as many as I could be, and wish I had a better knowledge of what is available.
Very reliable, great tool for training - in class and online. A wealth of information. Easy to access different portals. I would highly recommend Mainstreet.

Very efficient at answering any questions, and directing me as necessary.
Lower the dues and have some input or ceiling on what Realtors can charge on Commission fees. Example, Listing agent puts he will give the Selling agent 2 1/2% minus $325 or minus $300 etc. I have seen them as high as $395. It has to have a limit because it is getting out of control.
I suggest that it should be abolished completely.
Availability of member services.
Functionally, customer service is always great and I can get what I need done. From a macro level, I would like to see more attempts at engaging young professionals. I also think a technology sounding board would be very helpful; if it exists, I do not know about it.

Fast replies
Courteous personnel and they try very hard to find the right answer if they do not know it when you call or visit. However, sometimes a long wait when you call.

Seem to realize that running a lean operating is important.
