Very responsive and knowledgable
I always have to leave a voicemail for the education department they never pick up.

The video links are not that reliable between the offices, makes it frustrating to attended satellite classes.

Where are my one day codes?
Your Education and Training programs
No, I never in twenty years had anyone ask me about Main St. SO I don't think this is going to happen in the near future.
Easy to use, educational, informational and supportive.
I really, really find the rule of no giving out one day codes to be a problem for my business. I'd like to see that re-instated.
I would like to see that we would be able to see municipalities working with buyers on getting their high escrows lowered or be able to pay for the insurance bond.
If we would have a contact list of all HOA/management associations that would be nice.
ASSN staff has always been the best in serving the needs of the members.

Other than Regulate us, I don't feel there is much "Service". I also don't understand the concept of recommending Mainstreet. It is mandatory if you want to work in the western suburbs, as far as I know.
The Association services are able to point you in the right direction, based on your question. If not, they will assist in finding the answer.
It's very pro-active in providing training, resources and support to help REALTORS stay up-to-date on changes in the marketplace, laws, pricing, etc.

Cost of data keeps increasing
Offers lots of learning opportunities through classes and seminars and communicates the upcoming changes in our industry. Website easy to access and navigate.
