Quick to help, lots of education offered, friendly people
Satellite locations do not get the same quality of training as the main location. With certain instructors. Carrie did a fine job of repeating each question asked so that the satellite locations could benefit from the questions and answers given. The Wednesday class was not as well presented as the class on Thursday.
Easily reachable, always are able to answer any questions I have. Also good CE teachers.

Main Street provides a great education outlet for all my real estate needs. I will say that going through the orientation today I was a bit disappointed in the loss of internet connection a couple of times that took a bit of our time.Also by viewing in a satellite office I felt like it was a bit more difficult to ask questions. The information given was really helpful and insightful though. Thanks

The level of service is very high (I got a reminder for my course that I had today). Great communication. I enjoy the newsletters. I think it is a very professional organization
MORE has some rules/regulations that benefit some members and prejudices some others. MORE should be neutral and not pick the buyers/sellers winners and losers in an already tough market. I am not happy or impressed with that fact. If you require more specifics...contact me. If you want to remain "business as usual" I won't hear from you.

Too many password changes. Password cannot be like before. Too quick system logs user out. You should require from all attached subdivision name. System should retain all photos on old sold listings. We should be able to send expired and cancelled to buyers.
I have submitted this survey before. I have been paying my dues on time but when I needed help and still do, MORe was not able to help me. I am referring to the case against US Realty. I have lost my commission (plus with more than 20 other realtors) but MORe was able to help me recover any of the lost commission.
Always have the right answers for me.
