Staff is friendly & knowledgeable
That you were kind to send the "notice" of payment due AFTER September 1 so I could put it on my 'agenda' and not overlook it as I did once. When something of a crisis occurs, which DID happen a few years ago, I simply overlooked it and was fined (which they later waived). This year I unhappily buried my husband on September 4th and with so many things on my mind taking priority over paying bills, it was on my 'memory board' and I was able to take care of it in minutes. I very much appreciated that. Thank you.

The association is always very eager to assist in resolving any member's questions. I am constantly impressed with the availability of the excellent training classes, whether they be on-line, at various Board locations or at an agent's office. The BEST!
First of all had an issue with another agent regarding presenting a contract contacted Kate Saxes office I was told there was some kind of committee to help with agent problems. This was a Thursday a month ago and the woman that I talked to said I would hear from somebody on Friday or Monday still waiting this is what I pay dues for what a joke
fast response time to questions.. ease of talking to someone when i call... not an answering machine. having a satellite office nearby!!!
Great communication and training opportunities!
Nothing was done to disappoint me - I just do not have anyone looking to be licensed right now and everyone else I know belongs to this board. I do wish you were able to sign up for all your CE now. I understand most people don't know their schedules in 4 months, but I'd prefer to blitz all my CE out right away, but even if I wanted to, it's not an option, as you're not offering any classes other than one elective.
The support staff is very helpful. And knowledgeable.

1. CE education is not easily available to me as I am located in Antioch, IL. The closest and very rare CE classes are offered in the Libertyville location ( 25 miles away from my office) and the quality of the transmission is not good.
2. All events are located so far away from my office that I'm not able to attend without taking a day off work and tens of miles of travel.
